Please read and ensure that you understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all Tixx.ca tickets.
You are the ticket holder. The Venue is the venue on the face of the ticket. The Event is the event or performance on the face of the ticket. Tixx.ca ticket policy applies to all events ticketed by the service regardless of the point of purchase or venue.
You agree that Tixx.ca or the Venue may add, withdraw, or substitute Events, performers and/or vary advertised programmes, Event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
This ticket is a revocable license and is non-refundable and nonexchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets and missed performances for any cause, including inclement weather, will not be refunded. This ticket is valid only for the Event at the date and time listed on the ticket.
Tixx.ca and the Venue reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any Event, at their sole discretion. If the Event is rescheduled, original tickets will be honored for the new date, unless otherwise noted in official communications from Tixx.ca. If the Event is cancelled, you will be refunded the printed price on your ticket. Tixx.ca or the Venue may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Event due to adverse weather conditions, dangerous situations, or any other cases beyond their reasonable control.
Regardless of age, all attendees must have a ticket to attend the Event. If your ticket is revoked and admission is refused without cause, you will be refunded the printed price on your ticket. However, any service charge(s) paid on this ticket is non-refundable for any reason. What constitute “cause” will be determined at the Venue and/or Tixx.ca’s sole discretion.
You must not resell, transfer, or distribute this ticket, or any other ticket sold by Tixx.ca, for any amount higher than the price printed on the ticket nor use this ticket in any sort of promotion or auction, without Tixx.ca’s prior written consent.
A discount may be added on ticket price at any given time by Tixx.ca to promote an event. There will be no refund or credit given on tickets already purchased.
If you are late to the Event, you may not be able to take your seat immediately on arrival and will be seated at an appropriate time.
The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibility and risk of danger and agrees that the Medicine Hat Tigers Hockey Club Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury however caused which may be suffered by the holder. Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the purchase ticket price or expel from the premise without refund any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by management to be objectionable. The published starting time or date of any game may be changed without notice. The ticket holder consents to the use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of event. No refunds or exchanges.
A patron may withdraw their registration up to two weeks prior to the start date and will be issued a full refund. No refund will be issued within the two weeks prior to the start date, but withdrawals during that time will be considered if a valid case is made and may result in a credit applied to the patron’s name. No credit or refund will be issued to any withdrawals within three business days before the start date of the program.
You must comply with the law, the direction of Venue staff and these terms and conditions. You must not bring alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras or recording devices into the Venue (see full list in Prohibited Items Policy below). By purchasing a ticket and entering the Venue you consent to a reasonable search to ensure compliance with the rules of the Venue and these terms and conditions.
Co-op Place has a no re-entry policy during Medicine Hat Tigers hockey games. This is in the interest of public safety and aligns with industry and venue standards throughout Canada.
A designated smoking area will be located outside, directly accessible from the Molson Lounge area behind section Q on the concourse. Alcoholic beverages and cannabis are not permitted in the exterior smoking area. This area is not accessible for minors. Patrons utilizing this space are to follow the guidelines set forth by staff, and remain at least 5 meters from any door, window, or air intake while smoking.
Venue staff and security are onsite during Tigers games to assist, and answer questions as needed.
To ensure a safe environment for the public, eliminate unnecessary contact at entry gates, and to accelerate patrons’ entry into the venue, Tixx.ca strongly encourages patrons to not bring any type of bags. Patrons without bags may use a dedicated “No Bag” lane, designed for faster entry.
If required, bags must not exceed 14” x 14” x 6” (the size of a small backpack). All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry.
Bags which are prohibited include, but are not limited to: coolers, luggage of any kind or any bag larger than the permissible size.
For the safety and security of all patrons and employees, the following items are not permitted at the Venue:
All outside food and beverage (exceptions may be made for medical/dietary reasons).
Weapons or replicas of any kind including but not limited to:
Guns, firearms, ammunition, stun guns.
Self-defense sprays, fuels, torches, lighter fluid.
Bats, brass knuckles, batons, martial art weapons.
Knives, razor blades, box cutters, scissors, tools.
Explosives, fireworks, incendiary devices, smoke bombs, aerosols, paints, flammable liquids.
Hard-sided water bottles.
Glass bottles.
Bags which are larger than 14″x14″x6″ (small backpack). No luggage or coolers permitted.
Illegal drugs, illicit substances, or prescription narcotics in non-labelled containers.
Umbrellas larger than 16” or with a point.
Professional grade cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, video cameras and the use of video capable devices such as GoPro.
Items intended to create an optical distraction such as laser pointing devices.
Air horns, megaphones, whistles, and other mechanical noise makers.
Signs on poles or sticks constructed of wood or metal material.
Projectiles including, but not limited to, inflatable balls, frisbees and hula hoops.
Non-service animals.
Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters and bicycles.
Drones (unmanned aircraft systems) or other remote-controlled devices.
Inappropriate attire or signage (includes all gang affiliations).
Parcels, packages, or items that the contents of which are not displayed.
Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate.
Patrons who inadvertently bring prohibited items to the venue have two options prior to entry being granted:
Return the item(s) to a location of the ticket holder’s choice away from the venue. Tixx.ca does not offer storage services.
Voluntarily surrender the item(s) in amnesty for disposal. Items will not be returned.
Entry will not be granted until the ticket holder deals with the prohibited item as described above.
*Please note, prohibited items contravening federal law may result in criminal charges.
Water bottles are permitted, given that they are empty, soft-sided, and less than 750ml. Water bottles can be filled at water fountains located throughout the Venue.
Non-professional cameras and binoculars.
Small collapsible umbrellas smaller than 16” — cannot impede the view of other patrons.
Lung powered noisemakers.
Small strollers (must fold and be able to be stored safely under your seat).
Bags that are 14″x14″x6″ (small backpack), diaper bags or bags with medical equipment (All bags subject to inspection).
Banners and signs — signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung off affixed Venue structures.
Flags (on telescopic poles only – aluminum golf ball retriever or plastic).
Costumes / Masks (costumes may be subject to enhanced inspection and masks must be removed upon request of Venue personnel or when purchasing alcohol).
By purchasing a ticket or an education program (art class, PD Days etc.), you consent to being filmed and/or captured in photographs, which may be used for public relations and marketing materials.
You agree to waive any an all claims you have or may in the future have against Tixx.ca, the venue and/or the city of medicine hat and their directors, officers, elected officials, employees, licensors, partners, service providers, suppliers, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, independent contractors, subcontractors, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “releasees”) and to release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer, as a result of your participation in the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care, including any duty of care owed under the occupiers liability act, on the part of the releasees, and further including the failure on the part of the releasees to safeguard or protect you from the risks damages and hazards of participating in the event and that the releasees will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, moral, incidental, collateral or special damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever, even if cause by any act, omission or negligence of the releasees, and even if the releasees or any of them has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
You agree that Tixx.ca or the Venue can, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that the Venue or Tixx.ca may have in law or equity, seize and/or cancel your ticket, refuse you admission or expel you from the Venue if you do not follow the law, the rules of the Venue or these terms and conditions, or your conduct is deemed objectionable by Tixx.ca or the Venue, at their sole discretion, and that you will have no claim against Tixx.ca, the Venue or the City of Medicine Hat, including for the ticket price.
Tixx Central is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential. Only the Venue of the performance for which tickets were purchased will retain your information. When we collect your personal information (i.e., name, address, e-mail, and telephone number) it is to improve your experience and to notify you about announcements, upcoming events, program updates, services available etc. and answer inquiries. Beyond the presenting organization for your event, it is our policy not to disclose any of your personal information at any time unless you provide explicit consent. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. From time to time, we'll share aggregated (collective) information about our members as a group or generate aggregate reports and market research for ourselves or business partners. These reports will not identify individual members or share personal information.

They allow us to enhance your shopping experience at Tixx Central. For example, if you have added products to your shopping cart and suddenly must log out of our site, you can return later that day and still have those items in your shopping cart.

You should never share it with anyone, and we request that you change it regularly. You can change your password at any time by accessing My Account on our home page. If you can't remember your password, the reminder phrase you entered when you last changed or set-up your password will be e-mailed to you immediately. We strongly urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your shopping to prevent someone else from accessing your account.
You may at any time modify or change any information you have previously provided to us by clicking on "My Account", then choose the appropriate section to edit, review, or delete your personal information.
