If the Event is cancelled, you will be refunded the printed price on your ticket. Tixx.ca or the Venue may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Event due to adverse weather conditions, dangerous situations, or any other cases beyond their reasonable control.

Regardless of age, all attendees must have a ticket to attend the Event. If your ticket is revoked and admission is refused without cause, you will be refunded the printed price on your ticket. However, any service charge(s) paid on this ticket is non-refundable for any reason. What constitute “cause” will be determined at the Venue and/or Tixx.ca’s sole discretion.

You must not resell, transfer, or distribute this ticket, or any other ticket sold by Tixx.ca, for any amount higher than the price printed on the ticket nor use this ticket in any sort of promotion or auction, without Tixx.ca’s prior written consent.

A discount may be added on ticket price at any given time by Tixx.ca to promote an event. There will be no refund or credit given on tickets already purchased.

If you are late to the Event, you may not be able to take your seat immediately on arrival and will be seated at an appropriate time.
